effects of Uganda’s turbulent past and the scourge of
AIDS have made orphans commonplace in Uganda.
There are now around one million orphans – many without
relatives, scavenge a living or die.
How can you help?
CRU urgently needs people who would be willing to sponsor
a child by giving regular financial support.
+ £10 per month supplies a primary child’s food
+ £15 per month supplies a secondary school child’s
food
+ £25 per month for full care of a primary child
+ £35 per month for full care of a secondary school
child

In return you will receive details and a picture of your
sponsored child and regular updates on their progress.
The child you sponsor may be living at home in their local community and attending their local village school or attending our school Kamuli Parents Primary School at Maria's Care. They may also be boarding at a specialist deaf school, secondary school or vocational training college unless they live close enough to walk from home.
