A
great way to make sure that your gift will go even further is
to consider completing a Gift Aid Declaration.
Gift Aid applies to tax payers only and is extremely beneficial
to the Charity as we can claim an additional 28% from the Inland
Revenue for each of your donations under the scheme.
The scheme is very simple to operate in that you only need
to complete a declaration once for all your donations, and
leave the rest to us. If you are thinking of donating by sponsoring
a child or granny or by giving thorough our gift certificate
scheme or as a one-off gift you will find the necessary declarations
for printing and forwarding to us on those pages.
In 2003 we were able to recover
more than £13,500 through the Gift Aid scheme,
which has made a great difference to the number of projects
we have been able to run and children supported.
